FOUNTAIN BROOK CROSSING - The Location

Fountain Brook Crossing

Street MapThe project name Fountain Brook Crossing not only identifies the “location” of crossing between Brookfield and New Berlin, but also represents the “crossing of caring, honesty and concern into the world of high technology” to bring the best of both worlds together to provide innovative and compassionate products and services. The materials selected model that crossing theme by setting the foundation on natural materials representing the rock solid foundations of the past that include honesty, caring, concern, integrity, and being a trusted friend, neighbor and citizen in both good and difficult times. These materials then cross into futuristic materials representing the compassionate and innovative use of advanced technology to help and serve those around us—comforting them as we walk them into the future to an improved quality of life.

Arial PhotoThe location is at the corner of Greenfield Avenue (Hwy 59) and Moorland Road (County Rd O) where Brookfield/New Berlin border. This is a “Gateway Entrance” into the City of Brookfield.

It is centrally and conveniently located on the way to most everywhere in the region, being within 30 minutes of the whole Milwaukee metro area including the fastest, hottest, and newest developments in the state that are springing up on the I-94 corridor. Plus, in just an hour in any direction, this location will give you access to over 50% of the population of Wisconsin.

Approximately 37,000 cars pass north, 32,000 pass south, and 19,000 pass both east and west through this intersection everyday because Moorland is a major North/South connector between I-43 and I-94 and Greenfield (Hwy 59) is a major East/West option into Waukesha from Milwaukee. The location is approximately 1000 yards south of I-94 and 2000 yards south of Brookfield Square Mall which is one of the most successful malls in the Milwaukee metro area. The site is just 11 minutes from Miller Park.

The median household incomes of the connecting zip codes that meet at this intersection is $85,904—Brookfield and $83,896—New Berlin. The adjacent Elm Grove, Brookfield, and New Berlin zip codes are $98,091, $96,706, and $79,646 respectively.

Those Independent Medical Groups calling Fountain Brook Crossing home will find their practice to be centrally located in the metroplex and could easily draw from the whole region. For example, all 27 major medical centers in the metro area and Oconomowoc are within 32 minutes of FBC and within walking distance of Pro Health Care's new planned center on Moorland Road in New Berlin.
