FOX BROOK CROSSING - The Building

An innovative “Diamond Facet” building design is being proposed by WMH Leasing, LLC of New Berlin for Brookfield’s, Moorland Road entrance. The creative design took the efficient shape of a rectangle, improved on its versatility and functionality while adorning it with a signature look.

We are taking a leadership role in the distinguishing design, functionality and efficiency of the smaller A+ professional building where those that call it home have a facility that reflects the quality, innovation, and excellence of the products and services they provide. Their business model is one where everything including their facility walks their talk creating an integrated, credible, and trusting relationship with their customer, client, or patient.Targeting Leed Certification

Fox Brook Crossing is environmentally friendly targeting Energy Star Ratings and LEED certification. Internal natural lighting and climate controlled parking surfaces help save energy, fuel, and eliminate the need for the use of salt to remove snow and ice while improving water quality.

Esthetically Fox Brook Crossing is extremely pleasing attesting to the fact beauty and functional efficiency are not mutually exclusive. Its "diamond facet" appearance is unlike anything in the Milwaukee Metro area creating a true signature of distinction. The design criteria of the space had to be user desirable/friendly becoming a preferred destination for patrons while being functionally superior in facilitating improved efficiencies, employee performance, and act as a human resource tool in recruiting and retaining employees.

Water management is also a high environmental priority. The whole facility was positioned and designed to avoid the water table and to minimize water run-off helping maintain the natural occurring water levels in the area plus its water quality.  

Diamond Facet DesignThe building features a unique diamond faceted wall design which facilitates new and artistic space within the efficient shape of the rectangle. The facet glass creates an optimal size executive office, medical exam room, dental operatory, work and/or health workout space that can be easily clustered for team and/or departmental function synergies. These areas can easily help replace long straight hall ways with more interesting and esthetically pleasing access without increasing your build-out cost.

The natural internal lighting and the integrated employee parking helps eliminates the edge created by life’s stresses and secures a relaxing atmosphere where professional and personal relationships can be easily developed.

This 27,000 square foot building features employee only, carded underground parking providing a 24 hour secured level for their piece of mind.

What might interest some is the fact that you can be a part of a 27,000 sq ft complex yet feel like you are in your own separate facility. The concept can be design with two or as shown three free standing buildings that can be owned. This allows a business(s) to have up to 22,000 sq ft of space that gives the look, feel, security and differentiation of a free standing facility. As a result, a business can control and grow the value or their building investment while still staying connected with common shared services minimizing cost.
